2 lbs German Light Crystal (9-13 degrees L)
2 lbs Carapils/Dextrin Malt
6 oz Saaz 3.9% Alpha
4 oz Saaz finishing
Wyeast 2278 -- Check Pils

Hot Liquor Tank start: 10:15 AM
Mash in: 11:10 6 gallons 148 degrees
Boost: 11:55 1.5 gallons 156 degrees
Vorlauf: 11:35
Boil: 2:10 PM
Boiling hops: 3:35 6oz Saaz
Transfer: 4:30
Finishing hops: 4:40 4oz Saaz
Original Gravity: 1.060 @68F Estimated 1.045 @68F with 3 gal water addition
